Patient had a SLAP repair via scope and then an open cyst excision. I can't seem to find a code that works. Am I missing something or would you bill as unlisted?
...At this point the shoulder was lavaged and the cannulas were withdrawn. Portals were closed using 3-0 nylon in a simple interrupted fashion. Attention was turned to the spinoglenoid notch cyst. A transverse incision was then performed over the spine of the scapula extending from the glenohumeral joint line medially about 3cm. The flaps were then undermined and elevated, and the rotator cuff musculature split. The cyst was then identified and was carefully dissected out using Stevens tenotomy scissors and pickups. The patient then had the notch explored. There was no evidence of the remaining cyst and the cyst was then transected at its root. Once this was removed this was passed off as a gross and histologic specimen. Rotator cuff musculature was then repaired. Subcuticular was then repaired using 2-0 varied Vicryl suture and the skin was closed using a running 3-0 nylon horizontal mattress...
