One of our providers did a "thoracic lateral interbody fusion" along with lam/discectomies, instrumentation, cages and bone graft. Any suggestions what I could use for thoracic?:)
 
22532? The other codes depend on the type of instrumentation, number of levels, etc. Hard to know without the documentation.

Thank you so much for responding. The documentation is pretty lengthy, would I be able to fax it to you? I think that I have the rest of the codes but am stumped by the thoracic interbody fusion.
