I have a physician that took the patient back to the OR for a I&D of a infected incision, but he removed the staples and opened the incision up and realized some of the instrumentation wasn't where he wanted it, so he tapped the screws and tightened some others. What code would I use???? I am new to ortho so this has me baffled. I appreciate any help!!!
