Our physcian used both autograft and allograft for the spinal surgery. Is it applicable to use the codes 20930 and 20937 for the same surgery on the same day.

Your ideas will be greatly appreciated....

The restriction for billing for more than one type of bone graft per operative session was removed in CPT in 2000. You can bill for more than one graft per operative session (as long as they are two different types of graft.)
