Does anyone know of any good spine surgery webinars/workshops or helpful web pages? I have been in ortho a while but spines are new to me. Any helpful tips/advice would be very much appreciated.

I agree, Medtronics has some really good info. I also like Karen Zupko's site; they have archived Q&A's that others have submitted, and have done some great webinars also:
