Wiki Spinal instrumentation coding

Can someone help? What is the code for segmental pedicle screw instrumentation bilateral L4-L5?? Everything my coworker and I have seen is for 3+ segments with rods. Nothing for just the screw for the one segment.

The CPT book gives a definition of segmental vs non-segmental in the Spinal Instrumentation section before these codes. I would look at non-segmental instrumentation code 22840 if it was only for L4-L5.
