Our SLP bills 92506 for her initial evaluation. During the hour she spends for the initial she begins the various testing (five seperate test are administered to the patient). The evaluation is sometimes taking 2 to 3 visits to complete. She has always only billed one code 92506 for this work, most recently she began submitting to me superbills with 92506 for the first day and 92507 for the subsequent days of testing review and interpretation. I think this is incorrect, and that she is not billing for all of the services she is rendering. I would like to bill 96215 for the first day and 92506 on the second day when the testing is done, inerpretation and plan of treatment made. then 92507 for all future therapy sessions.
