Wiki SNF Covid19 diagnosis coding

I work for a company that oversees many skilled nursing facilities. In regards to Covid19, residents will go to the hospital and upon return they are put into isolation for an observation 14 day period to ensure the safety of the other residents. My question is, what code would be most appropriate to use for this scenario? All the residents that are readmitted are negative for Covid19 upon return.

Generally, you don't code the lack of a disease.

Generally, you don't code the lack of a disease.

But in regards to testing negative for Covid19, we need to use a code to capture they are being put into isolation out of an abundance of caution. We need to reflect that they have tested negative.
