We are a CAH and our Rural Health Clinic Doc sees the patients in Swing bed. He has done an EKG interpertation that we can not get paid. Since he is a RHC provider we bill his charges on a UB-04 with revenue code 524, we tried the interp. with 981 revenue code--denied, anyone have any suggestions?
