Wiki SNF Billing Question

I need help on figuring out how to get a claim paid that was a SNF patient at the time of service, we did an ECHO and Medicare wants their money back. Does anyone know how I go about getting this claim paid?
Patient was brought to our office for the procedure, is there a modifier I use or what.

Try billing the echo to medicare with TC modifier and bill to SNF with 26 modifier. This is what we do with x-rays and they get paid.

I think its the Technical component that falls under SNF Consolidated billing?

Yes split billing for Skilled Nursing facility, Bill TC to nursing home and 26 (prof) to Medicare.
