Wiki Snare biopsy

patient had a colonoscopy and two polyps were found in the cecum. With a snare, biopsy was obtained and sent to pathology. Monopolar cautery was performed.

I am not sure which cpt code to use 45384, 45385, or 45380.

Any suggestions please.

i am going with 45380 with biopsy, since no polyps have been removed
45384, 45385 with removal of tumors,
