Wiki Smoking Cessation Codes

Has anyone billed used the Smoking and tobacco use cessation codes in the ED? Are these appropriate to bill out, and if so what documentation do they require?

The physician needs to document that they did smoke cessation and for how long 3-10min (99406) or >10 min (99407)
