Hi,

I am fed up with the unclear description I have received for coding; like Small Specimen Biopsy-2 container, Small Specimen Biopsy-3 container. This is very unfamiliar to me may be I am a beginner. It will be very much appreciated, if anyone could help me to resolve my queries.

You are right - those descriptions are inadequate if they are complete. They don't indicate from where the specimen came.

Can you post the entire path report to see if there are any other clues for coding?
 
Thank you very much for your interest in helping me. But, here in UAE, Dubai things are a little bit different. Now I am working to map CPTs for one of our Diagnostic Center and I found description like this. Anyway, let me check with them if they can provide more details for this.
