Wiki Small lymphocytes?? help plz

It doesn't make a lot of sense. A small lymphocyte is a white blood cell made of the T cells and B cells. Is that what the biopsy found? Just some small white blood cells? Needs more clarification in order to assign a code.

I'm not too sure, my physician was kind of vague on the description LOL but it was also stated that no malignancy was discovered.. so I'm thinking 288.8 OR 288.9, other OR unspecified disease of white blood cells.

I would hesitate to assign a code stating the patient has a "disease" of white blood cells or that they were elevated. The description does not even say either of those things. What site was the biopsy done? This sounds like it would qualify more as a benign neoplasm of the site where the biopsy was done.
