Wiki Sleep Study Billing in Primary Care

We recently entered into a business venture to lease a sleep center. We are the primary care physician and have a neurologist who is the physician supervisor. I want to get some input on how to correctly bill for both Medicare and Commercial insurance. Any insight will help.
