Wiki Sleep Studies performed in SNF in North Carolina

Can a mobile x-ray company provide sleep studies to patients who are in a skilled nursing facility (POS 32) in North Carolina? We are questioning this practice because they are saying they can do this and per LCD sleep studies can only be provided in a facility that is a Sleep Study Center if the patient is a SNF resident and they are not taking the patients out of the SNF. I just need help in making sure I am right that a Sleep Study cannot be done in a SNF.
