Hi! I see in the NCCI edits Medicare policy manual that you can code a skin graft in addition to an ATT:

4. Skin grafting in conjunction with a repair or adjacent tissue transfer is separately reportable if the grafting is not included in the code descriptor of the adjacent tissue transfer code

Would this also apply to the application of a skin sub product and then an ATT same site/day?
