I am trying to determine if I need to bill a modifier -51 when I bill out 15260 and 11644 together. I have done research and know that they are separately billable, I just don't know if there needs to be a modifier on the 11644. Please help!
 
Excision included

I believe that you do not need to code excision separately when you code full thickness skin graft. So you just need to code 15260.
