Hello.

I Kerecis applied to an right ankle and left foot, would you code both 15271, and 15275, I have researched but I am Not sure if I am missing the guidance and/or guidelines.

Those CPT codes are for skin substitute grafts. Kerlix is a gauze bandage, which is a supply. Unsure what the question is actually attempting to address. Skin auto grafts are in the 15100 area. More information is needed.
