Can you code for skin debridement for an ingrown toe nail? If so what cpt (97602)?? what would be the diagonsis code?

your question is unclear - if pt has an ingrown toenail & the doctor debrides for the ingrown toenail the 11720 should be the cpt & the dx is ingrown toenail - hope this helps - good luck
