I am billing incidental to. The PA needed to make a correction on a report. Does the provider also need to resign the note?

A supervising physician signature on the note is not one of the requirements for 'incident to' billing. The guidelines only state that, in addition to the other 'incident to' requirements, the record must show that the physician is actively participating and involved in the patients course of treatment.

Yes, exactly what Thomas said. I will note that sometimes there are office policies that the physician must sign off on the PA note. But it has nothing to do with incident to requirements.
