Wiki Sig vs. Colon

I have a pt. who has had most of colon removed/ Now doc wants her to come in, indication hemi-positive stool. Since doc will most likely only go to sigmoid colon due to the anastomosis do we bill Sig now or a colon? Appreciate any input.
