Wiki SI joint vs Trigger Point

Looking for guidance. My doctor is doing SI joint injections without flouro. CPT says to use 20552. The problem with that is that myositis is the only payable dx. He does not treat that - he is treating SI joint issues, etc. Any suggestions.

I do know CPT code 20611 is used when doing injections and such for SI joints however guidance is included

20611 is not for SI joints. Check out 27096 and all of the notes that go along with it...
