EXAMINATION: OR-AV SHUNT SEPARATE ACCESS

CLINICAL HISTORY: Fistula revision.

PROCEDURE: DIALYSIS FISTULOGRAM IN OPERATING ROOM

RESULTS:

Patient is status post revision of a left upper extremity fistula.
Coils are noted but are apparently from prior procedures. At this time,
the shunt appears patent. Anastomoses patent. No extravasation.

IMPRESSION:

1. Satisfactory dialysis fistulogram for fistula revision

can anyone help with coding the above. I'm looking to bill the professional component.

Hi,
