Wiki shoulder injection

Physician gave a patient an injection in the same shoulder into two different spaces, 40 mg of Depo Med in ea. space. How would I charge this out. 20610 once or times 2?
Need help on this one.

CPT 20610 x 1 per joint, with J1030 DepoMedrol 40mg
