Wiki Shoulder Hemi in ASC

One of our surgeons would like to start doing shoulder hemi's (23470) here in the ASC. I have been searching but can't find the code on an ASC allowed list. Can anyone tell me where I can find out if this code is allowed in an ASC setting and what the allowable is? Thanks.
