I am having some denials.
For a mini open rotator cuff repair, arthroscopic distal clavicle resection,
and arthroscopic subacromial decompression, I have been coding
23412 LT
29824
29826
Am I not correct ? Would sincerely appreciate some input. Thank you

Without any surgical details, all I can go by is the NCCI edits; they are including the work of the 29826 into the 23412, if performed on the same shoulder per MCR guidelines they cannot be unbundled with a modifier 59.
