Need help please. This was done arthroscopically.

the patient had evidence of inferior subluxation. I used the VAPR on a very low setting of 12 to do a capsular tightening both anterior inferior and posterior inferior. This seemed to nicely decrease the volume of the inferior pouch, and it also seemd to nicely bring the shoulder to the edge of the glenoid. I then inspected the labrum, which showed no signs of detachment.

Do I use 29806 or maybe just 29822 ? There was no suturing or re-attaching.
I could really use some help.
Thank you
