Wiki shoulder arthroscopy w/labral repair

Help. I'm filling in for our precert person and the doc has sent a surgery order for left shoulder arthroscope w/labral repair. I cannot find a code for this.

MRI report states small labral tear. I'm thinking 29806.

i would go with 29806 as well...if not slap tear
