I am kinda cofused on this.. does this op note justify 23130..
"The inferior half of the acromion was resected using a saw, and thick bursal tissue was removed. Inspection revealed a partial disruption of the attachment of the supraspinatus onto the greater tuberosity. The edges of this tear were trimmed up using a scalpel. The bone was smoothed down using a rongeur and then the tendon was repaired back down to bone. The wound was irrigated and then the deltoid was repaired back to the acromion."
