I have 2 claims that are being denied due to diagnosis code R65.21 can't billed as primary & another claim denying diagnosis code R65.20 for same reason "can't be billed as primary"

Please refer to the ICD-10 coding guidelines for severe sepsis. It can never be the primary diagnosis.
