Coders as well as some Medical Billing and Collections positions.
Attached are some of the job descriptions and the towns that they are located in below.
Coder ? Remote(2 openings) and Onsite(1 opening) in Somerset, NJ
Coder will be responsible for E&M audits using Novitas tool. Experience with Novitas is not required, but experience with Medicare guideline tool is required. The audits are for physician practices associated with a hospital system so it will be multi-specialty. The coder will handle anywhere from 100-150 audits per day, so they will need to be very familiar with E&M and able to handle a very high volume of audits. Proficiency in ICD-10 is necessary.
For the remote roles- the training for the first week or so will be on site in Somerset. After that, the position will move to be being remote with the expectation to potentially be on site 1-3 times a month.
For the onsite role- The position is M-F and the hours are flexible, though once they are set you need to comply with the hours you chose.
Radiology Coder - Remote (2 openings)
Coder will be responsible for coding radiology procedures and services and radiology experience is a MUST. They also do coding for interventional radiology services and experience with that is a huge PLUS but not a requirement. The client is currently behind 2-3 weeks in charts and wants to stay more current of within a week. Coding for procedures and handling a high volume of charts will be the expectation. This is a Full time coding opportunity.
CPC Coder ? Bergen County (Multiple openings)
This is a direct hire opportunity. These coders will be responsible for E&M coding audits for physician practices and is multispecialty. E&M experience is a MUST. This is a M-F Opportunity with flexible hours.
Medical Biller/Medical Collector ? Summit, NJ (1 Opening)
Medical Biller/Medical Collector must have experience with out of network claims. A large portion of the claims fall in that category. Claims are for surgeries, procedures, and office visits. Medical Biller will be handling charge entry, submittal of claims, following up on claims, appeals, denials, and payment posting. Experience with EOB?s a must! M-F position.
Medical Collector ? Parsippany, NJ (Multiple openings)
Medical Collector will follow up on facility claims that are very aged. This is a third party company, so most of the claims are 120 days aged and older. These claims are high dollar so experience with both that and aged claims are very important. Facility experience is not necessary, but is a plus. If collector only has physician experience, multispecialty is preferred. Experience with commercial and government payers is needed. This is a M-F position with a flexible start time between 8am and 8:30am.
Medical Collector ? Denville, NJ
Medical Collector will follow up on facility claims. Facility experience is a must for this role. Medical collector will do follow ups, appeals, and denials for all types of payers. This is a M-F 8a-5p position
