Wiki Sesamoid Fracture of the hand

I have a patient who has sustained a wrist sprain and a fracture of the sesamoid bone of the thumb. I am stumped as to how to code the sesamoid fracture; there doesn't seem to be a diagnosis code for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It seems that it is located at the metacarpophalangeal joint of the thumb... I think I would go with 816.01 or 816.00.
