Our nurse puts antiemetics kytril in one bag, decadron in the other bag and runs them in via y site at the same time. is coding one sequential 96367 and one concurrent 96368 appropriate in this scenario?:

You bill for the administration of Kytril and bill the concurrent code 96368 for the decadron. It states in the guidelines under Concurrent infusion: A separate subsequent concurrent administration of another new drug or substance is not reported. So you do not bill the sequential 96367. Hope that helps.
