I read that most cases of Guillain- Barre appear following a respiratory or digestive tract infection. That being said, how do you determine whether a case of Guillain- Barre is sequelae or not? Does that make it sequelae, if it was in fact a case that is diagnosed within a few weeks of being diagnosed with a URI? Can anyone please clarify this for me? Thanks!
