can anyone help me with a mucosal septal flap
a flap was created by making an incision along the floor of the nose and the mucosa elavated with a freer and rotated up onto the septum and secured with chromic suture

Is this part of a septoplasty? It would be considered part of 30520, although much more needs to be present for 30520.
