Wiki semen analysis post vasectomy

the cpt discription states including post operative semen exam, but if the analysis is not performed by the surgeron whom performed the vasectomy and done in an outside lab is it billable as not being global?

Are you billing for physician or lab?

We do vasectomies but send all semen analyses out. We do not charge for the semen analyses.
