Wiki seizure in epilepsy patient

Can I please get opinions on correct ICD9 code for final diagnosis of seizure (this is for a patient who has epilepsy)? Should this be coded as 780.39 or go to 345.xx series of codes?

If you look at the 780.3 sub category, the excludes note tells you that the 780.3- codes excludes epileptic so epileptic seizures are code to the 345.10-345.91 codes
