I am looking for either a PT or FT position as a remote medical biller/coder. I have over 7 yrs experience in medical billing/coding and audits. I never got my certification because I never needed to and had all on hand experience but I am going for my CPC exam on June 18. Knowledge of ICD9-CM, CPT and HCPCS, DRG's coded for office and hospital visits as well as office procedures, posting of charges and payments, claims follow up, account review and collections. Hospital and surgical coding experience as well. Knowledge of Insurance. I have extensive knowledge in Anatomy, physiology and Medical terminology and have all my own 2011 medical coding books and looking for something with competive pay.
