Hello all,

Need help w/ the vitrectomy please....

"traumatic cataract was dislocated into the posterior chamber and unable to retrieve. There was significant amount of vitreous in the anterior chamber. The anterior vitrector was placed in the anterior chamber and a good anterior vitrectomy was complete. At the end of the case, the anterior chamber was free of vitreous. There was still a traumatic subluxed cataract in the posterior chamber, which would have to be removed by retina at a later date."

Sent back doc and states "anterior vitrectomy"....but office looking at 67036? but 67010 states "subtotal"??? Any ideas on this one?

Thanks
Jamie
