What would you code for the following procedure (only the basic description attached, not the body of the report)
Off-pump CABG x4 with LIMA to left anterior descending artery. Radial artery to obtuse marginal artery, radial artery to posterior descending artery and posterolateral artery, with radial artery harvesting.

The CABG would be coded the same as on-pump with 33536 for 4 arterial grafts. You can also code harvesting of the radial artery 35600. Just remember that if more than one segment is harvested, to increase the number of units billed.
