Wiki screening colonoscopy with snare polypectomy and hemorrhoid banding

Have a patient we did a screening colonoscopy with snare polypectomy and hemorrhoid banding. The patient came in with hematochezia. ? thoughts on CPT and ICD 9 (done in Sept).

Any help would be appreciated!!

If the patient presented symptomatic then you could not have a screening procedure, it would be diagnostic due to the symptom.
