A patient is scheduled for a screeing colonoscopy; Dr. does biopsies. Is the facility side still coded as a screening and the professional coded as a diagnostic with modifier PT or are both sides coded as diagnostic?

You are going to use the screening code as the primary dx and whatever the dr. biopsied as the secondary dx. Both facility and Dr are to bill the same.
