how does everyone get their H&P for screening colonscopies since they are not billable with parient coming into office???

We have our surgery nurses perform the H&P usually the week before the colonoscopy is scheduled.

i AM IN A PHYSICIAN OFFICE SO THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE BUT YOU DON'T BILL THOSE, DO YOU?

We don't bill for these nurse only visits. We consider then inclusive to the colonoscopy. We found this is the best way to get the H&P without taking up a bunch of the providers time slots.
