Wiki Screening colonoscopies please help!

We billed a Screening Colonsocpy as 45378 w/ V76.51 with modifier 33 for preventative services. The patient was charged a copay. The insurance company informed me there is a Routine Screening Colonoscopy CPT code according to the Health Care Reform Act. Does anybody know anything about this? Where do I find this list? Or was she wrong?

What kind of insurance does the patient have? Medicare requires that you use G0121 for a screening colonoscopy on a non high-risk patient.

It was CDPHP. We do use the G0121 for MCR patients. Sorry should've included that in my first discussion. We never bill the G codes for commercial insurances.
