Wiki Screening Colo & E/M for ab pain w/CT ordered

If a patient is referred to a GI specialits for a screening colonoscopy and during the pre-op they happen to mention ab pain that they have had for the past few weeks. The MD orders a CT and schedules the Screening Colonoscopy. Can they bill an E/M for the ab pain and the colonoscopy as a screening?

I would still bill out for the e/m. The patient was having a complaint and the doctor did order a test for it. I would bill out the abdominal pain 789.0x and then the V76.51
