Wiki Scar tissue removal

Good afternoon. Is scar tissue removal from the medial rectus muscle (during Pterygium removal surgery ) separately payable? Would an unlisted procedure code be used? Thank you

without seeing the note, if they had to remove the scar tissue in order to remove the muscle sounds like it would be bundled.

Op note: "......Wescott's and forceps were used to exise the pterygium from the surrounding conjunctiva and Tenon's capsule. Care was used to isolate the medial rectus muscle with a muscle hook in order to prevent inadvertent damage during the pterygium excision. A #57 blade was used to gently scrape the tissue extending onto the cornea to facilitate removal also the scar was cleaned from the medial rectus and fat was repositioned...."
