Hello,

Are you able to code a scar revision with a pacemaker and lead removal? I am not sure if this is bundled into 33233 and 33234. The keloid scar was excised and then physician continued down to fascia. The closure is of course included in the removal but not sure if you can code the keloid scar excision separately. Also, no lengths are documented either.

Any thoughts?
