Wiki Scam Job Offer - says from Garnet Health

I received an email from Mark Jefferson. He claimed to be from Garnet Health. He had a questionnaire for me to fill out.
Once I submitted it, he sent a job offer.
I contacted Garnet Health directly. It was not a valid offer.

I had the same situation happen to me. It is terrible that we get scams for applying to jobs.
