If I could just get feed back on this or be directed to some type of documentation to show my physician. He/She continues to want to charge a NP OV for an established patient when he/she has a new injury that is Worker' Compensation. I am not completely sure, but I do think this still falls under the 3 year NP guidelines whether it is a new injury to WC or not?????

You need to check your state's worker's comp regulations. Some do allow the doctor to charge a new patient visit for a new injury so it would depend on your state regulations. Check the wrok comp commission website to se if the info is there or to see if they have some type of manual.
